I was a Physics graduate student in the Wang Lab and graduated in 2011. I spent my first year as a GK12 fellow commuting weekly to a school in Dorena. In my second and third year as a fellow I travelled to Hermiston and Pendleton to spend two weeks (three times per year). I must say, being a GK12 was a very special and meaningful experience for me.
